Refund & Returns policy

If for your purchase arrives damaged, please send an email with a photo of the issue to sales@doodleshoe.com within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

If you’re returning your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (minus the postage) if the item is returned ‘as new’ in its original saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please send all returns back in their original packaging, state the reason for the return, and tell us whether you’d like a refund or exchange.

Please retain your proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit.
