A: Shipping details available the day after you place your order and includes the time it takes us to receive, pack and ship your order.
Standard: 5-7 days turnaround time
*Turnaround time includes processing time and shipping time (2nd class Royal Mail) and is calculated from the business day after your order is placed.
A: If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase you are welcome to return or exchange it with 30 days of purchase. We accept returns of unopened, resalable merchandise. Please email us at info@doodleshoe.com and we will assist you with your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, commissioned, or sample sale bundles. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded (except in the event of a defective item). We will issue a credit or send out an exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.
If you would like to purchase a product, enter the quantity and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the “Add to Basket” button. A basket will then appear in the upper right corner of the page, proceed to checkout once you’re ready.
You will be prompted to checkout VIA Stripe, our Secure payment process.
Once you have confirmed the order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
We’re happy to accommodate international orders, they typically take 2-3 weeks. International orders are subject to customs.
From time to time, we offer customer discounts in the form of promotion codes on our website or with advertising partners. Be sure to enter your code on the shopping basket screen. Only one promotion code may be used per order. In addition, from time to time, we offer deals exclusively to our Facebook, and instagram followers – be sure to join us!
We work really hard to make sure we use ethically sourced materials. Our greeting cards are printed on FSC approved paper, supplied with recycled Kraft envelopes and package in biodegradable cello. All products designed and printed in the UK, then assembled and packed by hand in my studio – until such time I can afford to get someone else to do it!
